P52 Week 6 - Drink Up

It was definitely tempting to use a picture of Zoe drinking out of her straw cup for this week's challenge, because it's pretty adorable, but like I said last week - I'm trying to avoid just doing snapshots of her.


This picture was taken with a 50mm lens on manual mode f/3.5 and 1/25 sec no flash and was not edited. I'm a real negative Nancy about editing pictures in lightroom which isn't really fair because I edited pictures in the darkroom.

Right after this - I spilled a large amount of wine because pouring with one hand and clicking with the other is not so easy.

    Sounds like something I have done. I spilled an entire bottle once, trying to read the label while it was breathing. This photo doesn't need editing... gorgeous.

    I am so torn on the editing in Lightroom factor. I would prefer to get as good as I possibly can without editing, but every once in a while it just needs something more. I doubt I could be that steady pouring and shooting. :)
